Bonfire played "A Tribute to 30 Years of Music" benefitting St. Jude's of Peoria on September 30 and October 1, 2005 at Luciana's Rural Oaks Pavilion. Ottawa's The Times featured the band and 100.9 WBZG in Ottawa featured singer Scott Mattocks in a pre-show radio interview.

| Bonfire played another pre-AC/DC concert show on February 9, 2001 at the Odeon. A few lucky fans were given the chance to sing with Bonfire to win front row for the AC/DC show later that spring. AC/DC made another stop in Cleveland on April 6.
The night before the April AC/DC show, Bonfire rocked the Revolution Concert Club with the Angus Army! WMMS sponsored the show and gave away many t-shirts, posters and other prizes from Elektra.

| On July 29, 2000, Bonfire played at the Odeon Concert Club in The Flats. This show fired up the public for AC/DC's Stiff Upper Lip tour stop at Gund Arena August 4.
The event was sponsored by Belkin, Bud Light and WMMS. Fans attending the show were able to buy AC/DC tickets before they went on sale to the general public.
After the Odeon show, the band mates of Bonfire were given tickets and backstage passes to meet AC/DC the following week!

| Bonfire played for a full house at the Hard Rock Cafe on February 24, 2000.
Also that night, AC/DC's 17th release, Stiff Upper Lip, was premiered by AC/DC at New York City's Hard Rock Cafe.
